Review of 2015 Dodge Dart
The FCA or formerly called Chrysler Group is an American automobile brand based out of Auburn Hills, Michigan. This brand is well known for its muscle cars, SUVs and minivans. In 1900, John Francis Dodge and Horace Elgin Dodge co-founded the Dodge Brothers Company. They initially were only into supplying parts to other automobile manufacturers, and in 1915 they ventured into automobile manufacturing themselves and started manufacturing complete vehicles in the same year. In 1920, both the brothers died suddenly and the company was bought by the Dillon, Read and Co. in 1925. The Chrysler group bought this holding in the year of 1928.
Almost for more than a decade, from 1998 through 2009, the Dodge brand had been tested multiple times with multiple ownerships in just that short period. After a very turbulent period of claiming for bankruptcy, this company was at last bought and revived by Fiat in the year of 2009. In the year of 2015, Dodge is expected to release the new and improved Dart, Challenger and Charger.
All the Dodge Dart variants come with the regular I-4 technology engines. The three variants differ only in the horsepower and the liter capacity of the engine. The first variant comes with a 2.4 liter 184 hp engine, the second variant comes with a 2.0 liter 160 hp capacity and the last variant comes with 1.4 liter capacity and 160 hp engines. Each of these engine variants can deliver 184 lbs-ft, 171-lbs-ft and 144 lbs-ft of torque. All models come with a six speed manual transmissions but can be upgraded to the 6 speed automatic with auto-shift or just 6 speed automatic transmissions.
Some of the features that really stood out about the 2015 Dodge Dart were the cabin materials which were in the upper trim level. These cars came with perfect body motion control and the best crash-test ratings possible. All the variants are 4-door sedans that are really very comfortable.
Review of Dodge Challenger
The 2015 Dodge Challenger is a handsomely sculpted 2 door, styled in retro muscle that either comes with a V-8 or a V-6 engine. These cars are fitted either with a manual transmission of speed 6 or an automatic transmission with 8 speed gearbox. This car comes with the powerful Street Race 8 Technology and with an option of Scat Pack as well.
The engine capacity of these engines comes in 3.6, 5.7, 6.2 or 6.4 liters. The power of these engines is 305, 372, 375, and 485 hp. The torque delivery of these engines are 268, 400, 410, 475 lbs-ft.
The exteriors of the Dodge Challenger are classy as the other older models however the interiors have become a lot more comfortable and roomy. This car is still quite heavy with an intrusive sun-visor and a moon roof that takes up a lot of head space in the car.
